The location of Gender matters/issues is an index to measure development. The continued hues and crisis as occasioned by the deprivation, oppression and exclusion of some humans by others especially in developing nations are undesirable, therefore gender and development practitioners need specialized skills and knowledge in order to bring about gender mainstreaming and ensure national and institutional policies on gender which is needed to bring about equality of humans and reduction of conflict in the communities.
